# About webApetit


The webApetit module of the webBox system is a catering system that serves to operate activities connected with the ordering, dispensing of food and statistical evaluation of these activities. It is implemented through a cloud solution by the company itself, or its own server, while ordering and dispensing of food may or may not be implemented through separate hardware. In the case of using hardware, a computer with a touch screen and a contact-less card reader, possibly chips are on ordering.There is similarly smaller **screen**on the dispensing of to display information, a contact-less card reader possibly chips and manual button, or a foot pedal used to end the dispensing of food for the current diner standing in line. Ordering food can also be done through any computer connected to the Internet through a web interface, or through a mobile application in the environment Google Android or Apple iOS.

If hardware card or fingerprint readers are used to verify the identity of diners, the system must also include a module webPatrol, in which everything necessary with the allocation of cards and fingerprints for diners is dealt with.

Important

For the system to work, it is necessary to have purchased a license that allows the use of webApetit for the maximum number of diners. As an example, see the image below. The license is for 50 diners and is currently used for 25.

If a diner stops using the system, it can be blocked in the records Diners and the number of used licenses is reduced by one. Then the blocked diner can no longer use the system. If diners pay their credit in advance, it is advisable to return the remaining credit to them first so that it is at zero and only then block it.
